Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted prior to your order being shipped. If your order has already processed and has shipped out, unfortunately we are unable to honor a refund. Once product has been shipped, your order will need to be returned to us. 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Standard Home & Living purchase, you may return your purchase to us within 3 days of delivery confirmation, for a full refund of what you paid for the product. Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to ensure a smooth return process.

 

How Do I Return?

  • Visit our returns center for items damaged during shipping or did not arrive, see info on damages below

  • Enter your order number & email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and indicate the items you want to return

  • If you received the wrong item and/or an item damaged (see below for insurance instructions for damaged goods during shipping).

  • Once your request is approved, you'll get a confirmation email with a return label and instructions.

  • Repackage your product(s), print out the label & attach it to your package, drop the package off with the provided return label attached at your nearest post office/drop box.

  • Boom your done!

What Are the Return Guidelines?

  • You must contact us within 3 days of your package being received with any issues.
  • All returns packages must be received within 6 days of the date your order shipped from us.  
  • We do not accept returns due to mind changes, not fully reading descriptions or items that were marked as "imperfect."
  • Hygiene items such as soaps, linens and pillows cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. 
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or you can receive a gift card to your email for store credit!
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not have an "exchange" process - simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item.  We will refund for the original order as appropriate (see below).
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (these items will also be noted in their description if they are not able to be returned)
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error and/or something else happened during shipping. If we messed up, we take FULL RESPONSIBILITY!

Item Received is Damaged or Didn't Come

If your item was damaged during shipping, never arrived, or was mark as delivered but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier ASAP

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
